A commercial, cultural and business complex, bringing together all the commercial amenities and services necessary for the daily life of the district.
Two movie theatres, an indoor swimming pool, and two levels of offices, in the form of large modular platforms adapted to innovative working methods, such as nomadism and coworking.
Connection to the park and to the two lower levels of the car park below, for better access and distribution.
