Our approach

Vision

To provide the students, families and professionals with a healthy and pleasant living environment, that allow development of the spirit of creativity, for human full blossoming and integral development.

Purpose

Construction of residential cities based on the SMART VILLAGE model around the main universities in Cameroon, respecting the objectives of the SDGs mentioned in the National Development Strategy document for the 2030 horizon.

Overall objectives

Construction by 2033 of 50,000 student beds and 15,000 housing units and 2,500 professional offices

Technologies and systems

The project is designed according to the Smart eco-district model with a zerocarbon emission objective.

Structural construction technology

Use of low-carbon materials Polystyrene Concrete Wall (double-sided steel wire reinforced polystyrene panels produced in the factory, with cement mortar coating on site) with considerable reduction of construction waste ;

Ecological complex
  • Use of renewable or clean energy (mini hydroelectric, photovoltaic, bio mass and or biogas depending on opportunities on site);
  • Installation of charging stations for electric vehicles;
    Wastewater treatment;
  • Collection, storage, treatment and use of rainwater;
  • Organic waste collection and separation for treatment and processing.
